Blue screen help - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

It is a laptop so it gets moved all the time, however at the time the blue screen events occured it was stationary. No new drivers. The only thing that I did recently was run Spybot.

Thanks for suggestion. It has not happened again since I posted the above, so I'll wait to see if it repeats and I'll try your suggestion. I have 20GB of Ram and I noticed the computer was running a little hot and added another fan to my cooler. I'm wondering if that is why it has not repeated the blue screen?
