BSOD possible problem with RAM

Hello, I have a problem with my computer. I am getting frequent BSODs, I realy dont know what can be reason of them. I have a suspicion about RAM, but i tryed run RAM test for 24 hours and no error appeared. I am enclosing mini-dump file from the last BSOD , i hope you can help me.

bugcheck 18 REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)

basically a driver messed up and lost track of some data (like deleting something twice) and this caused the bugcheck.

I can not tell which driver caused the bugcheck. (you have to have a kernel memory dump)

if I were to guess, I would be looking to update the driver for the onboard network adapter (LAN)
