ok. so this is what you just told me.

-You're connected to the router properly
-You're connected to the internet properly
-Your DNS Services is working properly

do you have net issues right now? Because right now it looks like you're online~

Well it's not right now.
It happens only in Skype calls and Torrent downloads.
When I connect to my neighbors WiFi it doesn't happen, just with mine.

next time it happens i want you to do the same thing. i'll tell you what to look for...

make sure the IPv4 Address has the same 192.186.1.XX first 7 numbers as your Default Gateway Address, make sure it's not the SAME address. The default gateway is your router... the ipv4 is your computer's ip address inside your home network. If you don't have an ip address for your default gateway then your pc isn't connecting to the router and the issue is the CAT5/CAT6 line or wireless networking or the router itself. If you don't have an ip address yourself then the issue is your own network adaptor in your computer.

If nothing is wrong at that point, and you still don't have net access... try the ping www.google.com, if it returns any error message other then "cannot resolve DNS service" then the problem is 100% your ISP or modem. If the error is "cannot resolve DNS service" then the issue is your windows install/pc... either you have a virus, or something is breaking your computer...

you're still connected to your router. even if you aren't connected to the net ipconfig will tell you something.

I guess that the problem is in my computer /:

ok. so lets see if you got a virus. or it's a hardware problem.

DL- malwarebytes, run a full scan. let me know if it comes up with anything.

ok.

just to sum up where we are.

you have two pieces of equipment, a router and a wireless router.
your pc has issues connecting wirelessly, to your network (though nothing else does)
your pc has issues wired into your network (though nothing else does)
when you ran malwarebytes it found something and quaranteened it
you still are having issues.

So lets first make sure it's not a virus.

Download Rkill, Adwcleaner and i guess Combo Fix, you can find all 3 at a website called Bleepingcomputers.

save them to your desktop. if you have an antivirus program currently running, disable it. They tend to find rkill or adwcleaner objectionable. (they're safe programs i use them all the time)

THEN...
1) use Rkill, let it run. (and run rkill after every single reboot until the final step)
2) use combofix, let it run. if it requires a reboot, reboot.
3) use adwcleaner, reboot
4) use Malwarebytes, make sure to do a full scan.

~if rkill still is finding objectionable things every time it loads, you're gonna want to hunt them down yourself. usually your virus checkers will clear that stuff out.

~if you don't detect anything with rkill and combofix, then i'd say your issue isn't viral. you probably can stop at that step if nothing comes up.

once you've run the last virus scan, reboot your pc, see if you still have those connection issues. let me know. what happens.

The Combo Fix doesn't work on windows 8.1 as I read now.
The Rkill, I ran a check and I'm not sure what it found.
The adwcleaner find some stuff and I removed everything, that one asked for reboot the other one didn't.
So what do I do now ? should I check if the problem is still there ?

The rkill scan results :

ok. you're in windows8... yeah... it doesn't seem like you're seriously infected with anything. just run malwarebytes with a full scan to double check.

let me know if your connection issues are resolved. (right now i'm doubting it... but who knows?) also... open up your internet options, go to the connections tab, click the lan settings button, make sure the "automatically detect settings" box is checked and none of the other stuff (especially the proxy server one) is.

sorry... i was busy with work...

i don't know what to tell you. gotta admit i'm sorta puzzled. if you stopped having these issues by plugging the pc into your router, then i'd say it's your wireless card that's the problem. but the issues didn't stop. stranger still NO OTHER devices connected to this router have this problem. if other devices had this issue, then i'd say it was the router.

replace your wireless card. though the symptoms don't fully support this solution, it's all i got short of replacing your wireless router.
