Asus tablet quit connecting to MY wifi

A couple of days ago my cable provider did some maintenance. Since then, my tablet quit connecting to my internet/router. My tablet says I have full connection but I cannot get onto the internet. However, I can connect to a neighbors wifi. I spent over an hour today with ASUS and they couldn't help. I called my cable provider, they couldn't help. I tried the Linksys website and couldn't find any information there. Can anyone help me?? PLEASE!!

you try resetting your router?

i remember this happening once with a friend.

their "maintenance" included setting the router to a static ip settup... with a device limit. turns out his phone was device number 11 on a 10 device limit. he canceled his service the next day... cause they did that without consulting him first.

Change the wireless channel on your router. Asus has a limit of channel 11 most routers are set on auto to try and avoid other routers but this may force your router to 12 or 13 which the tablet won't see.
