I have a desktop without a network card and noticed that internet download speeds are slow. I have Verizon Fios 50/25 plan. My internet download speed fluctuates like crazy. Sometimes I get 25/40 and sometimes it's as low as 3.5/40 with my 50/25 plan! I already contacted verizon about it, but they told me to change my settings in my network card which I don't have.
