Silent - Quiet Mid-Range Gaming PC 700-900$

HI,
i'm looking to buy mid range silent-quiet gaming PC.
i'm using 27 inch 1080p monitor
So I need some advice

i have in my mind something like that:

1. Intel Core i3-4150 3,5 GHz (Haswell) S1150 - box (maybe i5?)
2. ASUS, LGA1150, IB85 (B85-PLUS) ??
3. Crucial Ballistix Sport XT Series DDR3-1600, CL9 - 8GB Kit BLS2C4G3D169DS3CEU
4. Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATA3 6GB/s 7200 64MB 3,5" ST1000DM003
5. SSD disk CRUCIAL MX100 256GB 2.5" SATA3 MLC 7mm, CT256MX100SSD1
6. ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti PH, 2048 MB DDR5, HDMI, DVI, VGA GTX750TI-PH-2GD5
7. Samsung SH-224DB DVD-RW SATA,
8. XFX Core Edition PRO V2 450 Watt
9. NZXT H230 Silent Midi-Tower -

Two main points:
1) silent - this isn't going to realistically happen. You can very much go for a quieter, but silent (or more practcally - no fans/HDD) adds a lot of cost and drastically limits gaming ability.
The GPU, PSU, HDD, and HSF selected above will all make noise. To go close to silent you would need a fanless GPU, PSU, and Heatsink.
2) Gaming - Fanless parts (for silence) often run hotter and have much less performance than you can get with a quieter build (at the same price).
I would also recommend going for the i5 or something else quad core (or greater) as more and more games are making use/need a quad core.
