machine freezing often

After changing the thermal paste cpu is freezing randomly, even no load is given.. no heat issu, no ram error, no gpu problem... formatted 2 times, drivers roll back and upgrade, uninstalled silverlight..What happens is the machine freezes.. on the current screen, mouse stops moving, keyboard not working, but razer logo of the mouse blinks normally... i have to force restart everytime.. it happens once or twice in a day..there is no virus in the system, scanned multiple times... the question is cpu replacing can solve this problem ? i mean open the cpu again, using the thermal paste again and re-place it fresh??

Your PSU is Extreme-ly low quality. Although your system may not need over 200W, it has probably degraded such that it may no longer be able to keep ripple and/or noise from reaching unstable levels.
Although I don't recall it being a problem on Intel boards, also check over your motherboard for any cracked, bulging, or leaking capacitors.

If the computer is less than 6 years old (when the parts were first released) then the issue is not likely due to heat.

Any newer system will throttle down the CPU as necessary when temperatures get too high so that style of hard crashing seems more likely to be caused by something other than the thermal paste between the CPU and heatsink.

When you changed the thermal paste - is it possible that it is electrically conductive (or an insulator) and some got onto the bottom side of the CPU and is either shorting (or blocking) contact between the CPU and motherboard?

no i clearly checked that, but some paste gone on the heatsink silver part.. i mean on the side ways of the touching part of the cpu
