10 GB of different ram clocks or 8 GB with the same clock ?

i have 10 Gb of ram 4+4+2 on my gigabyte 990xa ud3 mobo but they are different at clocks 1600 + 1333 + 1333 ,, and they are fine and stable but the question is they are good ? or get 8 GB with same clocks will be better than 10 ?

You should be running 2x4 or 2x8 matching modules for Dual Channel mode.

thank you for your replay :) 
i will feel a difference when i run the dual mode ? and if i made it 2*4 =8 then this 8 GB will be better than my 10 GB ?

You want a matching pair and it will improve the performance , not by a lot but it does help.
