Is there a bottleneck?

So I recently bought new GPU and I've been wondering why I am getting some fps drops etc.

Here is some information:
GPU: GeForce GTX 660 OC
CPU: AMD A8-5600k (APU)
RAM: 4GB (2x2GB)
Motherboard: Asus f2a55 m lk
Is it the CPU which might be causing the bottleneck? And it is the CPU, which one I should buy? Budget would be like 100-200euros. :)

Please help me, I am bit disappointed that my GPU isn't giving it's best, I am pretty sure about it.

Are those decent ones for gaming? :) They surely are in my budget so that part is okay, I just want to know are these worth buying for atleast like 2 years of gaming? :)

I have the same CPU mobo combo except i have an msi 970A. But this combo (along with a gtx 750ti) runs games on ultra fairly well and should last. Metro LL, payday2, and CS GO get well over 100 fps on ultra and Assassins creed 4 on 1080p ultra i get 40+.

Yes, they should be quite good for gaming. Another option that I am not sure would be in your budget is this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($89.66 @ Newegg)
Total: $269.65

This one is probably over budget but it is the option I prefer since I play some older games that would not take advantage of the fx-6300's 6 cores. The i5 has 4 cores but each core is very powerful. The fx-6300 has 6 cores but are weaker. Almost every game out now will run better on the i5 but the fx 6300 still pulls it's weight, especially with a bit of overclocking.
