Hello all, I was wondering where I could find a jack that converts the combined mic and sound channels on standard phone earphones, to separate connectors for both mic and sound. I live in the UK however I don't mind ordering from elsewhere. Thank you for looking

are you talking about cell phone headsets that end in a small sized 4pole trrs connector like below?

a product like this one http://www.amazon.com/2-5mm-Mobile-Headset-To-Converter/dp/B000IZCUTQ is what you are looking for although you may need to find one from a UK company (or amazon.co.uk)

if your phone uses a larger 3.5mm sized 4pole plug then you can get the adapter for the larger size.
