So, I decided to get a GTX 770, but since this is my first attempt at this, I don't know which OEM model to get. They all seem to cost different amounts. They seem to have different cooling solutions on them and some even come pre-overclocked. My questions:

Why is the price for different 770s different?
Do certain OEMs have better coolers than others on their cards?
Can I assume that all cards will overclock the same? Will pre-overclocked cards overclock more than non pre-overclocked cards?
Assuming my budget is about $350, which 770 would make most sense for a first time overclocker? I don't think I need anything more than 2 GB of VRAM since I only run 2 1080p screens.

1.- The price varies because some manufactures OC the cards, some of them have more memory, some have different cooling solutions plus brand name.
2.- Yes they do, from what I've heard Gigabyte triforce and Asus are the best cooling solutions.
3.- Nope, every card will overclock different, but its better to choose one that a lot of people have oc before and with a good cooling solution.
4.- Why do you need to overlock? The gain will be minimal and the GTX 770 is a great card as it is, I wish I had one, 2 gb its enough but newer games have bigger textures that will need more memory in the future, and if you intend to play in two sreens it mught be better to get a model with more memory, I prefer Nvidia Cards but you should check AMD cards too before buying one.
