One of the fans like under it directly under it has something snagging it.
Could be a piece of tap or a wire idk.
when i push down the fan sometimes itll be perfect and not make a sound at all so the card is working great just this minor set back.
I tried looking up a video on how to remove the fan cover thing so i can fix the problem.
If anyone can find me a video or has done this before and could give me some tips and step by step that would be amazing.
