What can I change for my first PC build

It will be used for high end gaming and as a workstation microsoft word, photoshop etc...

This whole build will work and do what you want it too. But on the "high end gaming" side your not getting very high end with a 270x. And the PSU is low quality as well.

Get a GTX 770 or 760 and xfx/seagate 700 watt+ power supply.
