Here is my current computer:
AMD Phenom II X4 965
4 GB RAM
AMD 760G (integrated graphics)
I want to run some older games like Black Ops and maybe Black ops 2. I don't need high settings. I'm fine with low low settings. Currently when I run the game on lowest settings I get about 12fps. It lags quite a bit.
Can anyone recommend me a graphics card that I can run these games (even one lowest settings). I'm looking at the cheapest possible solution. Also I am in Canada.

it is a good card and you can squeeze out a lot of performance from it for something that requires no extra power
