Almost any micro-ATX or standard-ATX motherboard with h77 chipset should do if you have a mini- or mid-tower case that can take your preferred motherboard format.

Any Socket 1155 motherboard that fits your budget and case (most cases support ATX or microATX. Some only support microATX):
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#qq=1&s=14 (USA link)

Also, look at customer feedback in your budget.

$80, ATX: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h77pro4...

$68, microATX: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-p8b75mcsm

$70, microATX: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h77m

$130, ATX: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z77extr...

*Your main concern should be QUALITY within your budget. The $130 is probably above your budget but keep in mind it may have less issues on average.

**Many boards have the older PCI slots still so look carefully at what's offered; I think the CHEAPER boards tend to have more. For example, one of them has a PCIe for the graphics card and once it's used there's only one PCIe slot left for an addon card.

Other boards:
$115 ATX - Asus P8Z77-VK

$33 microATX: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah61...

*At $33, I'd normally avoid it like the plague. However, I can't find any obvious problems. I noticed you need the latest BIOS update for better graphics card compatibility (see motherboard support site). You should in fact update any board you get as well as diagnose with MEMTEST (DDR3 memory) before installing Windows. Again, BEFORE.

A single PCIe x1 slot for upgrade after you install a graphics card, but again remember if you don't use PCI many other boards have no more than this.

**What motherboard do you have that has insufficient sockets, and what cards are you trying to add?

My pc is Acer Predator g3610 8gb ram version and the thing about this mobo on this pc is that its called exatcly like the pc itself g3610 :/  after figuring this out i saw on a site that this mobo lacked the capacity for upgrading and improving.

If u would be so kind to look up my pc and tell me what u know and if I need anything else that i may have overseen and what i might or not need to support this card to run . my budget for a mobo is 100 euros

At a glance, the g3610's motherboard has one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot so you should be able to put any GPU of your choice... as long as the PSU can handle it.

A CX600 should be enough to handle your PC and a 270X so either the PSU has stability/power-up issues with the extra load or you have an odd compatibility issue between the GPU and motherboard. If you have a spare 500+W PSU to try a swap with, you might want to try that and see if you get different results.

i doubt it is the PSU because everything spins but no bleep or screen activity it stays black and doesnt go further but everything does spin icluding the card itself I think its an odd error with my new gpu and current mobo I have.

Try unplugging all your HDDs, DVD drives and any other non-essential devices, see if that makes any difference. You could also try resetting the CMOS - maybe you will have better luck with freshly reloaded defaults.
