Yep they are all compatible, for your question just take the mssing parts that i filled in for you and itll still work. Just trying to give you the best bang for your buck. And the obsidian 750D is a good case for airflow. Though personally i would also recommend the 800D but its twice the price of the 750D

Reference cards are not a great idea, aftermarket cards run cooler and quieter, and usually faster.

Unless you plan on some seriously high resolutions like 3x monitors, or a 4k monitor, generally a single gtx780ti is way more than sufficient for 99% of current games at good framerates.

The XFX 650 is an excellent choice in psu. However, its not near large enough to sli a 780 or 780ti. For that, you need to be looking at @1000w for safety, 850w tier1 psu absolute minimum.

Decide whether you want to sli or not, if you do then I'd say the gtx780, for non sli the 780ti.

Cases at your budget are very personal choices, I like the Fractal Design R4, nzxt source 530, CoolerMaster 690 III, Corsair 550d or 750d.

For CPU cooler, Noctua NH-d15, Corsair h100i

To answer your question, yes they are compatible.

If you have a need to upgrade the psu because of sli requirements, then by all means do so. The psu is the single most important component of any pc simply because it is attached and responsible for every other component. However, unlike motherboards or CPUs or ram etc, the pc could care less what size or type of psu it is, it only cares if it gets enough clean power. So you could change out PSUs every other day, and as long as they supply enough power, your pc couldn't tell the difference. If you want to run the XFX now, and upgrade to the Evga 1000 later at the time you sli, that's fine, a waste of money, you end up buying 2 PSUs, but still ok. Cheapest is decide now, will I sli. If yes, buy the Evga now if no, the XFX is a better deal.
