Ok so I've had problems with my custom built computer since over a year ago. This computer ran perfectly for 3 months then things went bad. When I didn't think the cpu had thermal paste on it so I took the fan off and saw it had it on. Well I went to plug the fan back in and they say you should re apply the thermal paste if you remove the fan, didn't do that and fan wasn't clicked in all the way. My computer overheated for a good minute or two. Ever since then I've had small issues with this computer. The biggest one of them all is stutter. The stutter isn't bad enough to where I can't play any games but its noticeable and I would prefer not to have it. I see it a lot in loading screen for games I play, and sometimes in Borderlands 2 when I go into my inventory it stutters a bit. I have replaced every part except for the power supply and the ram. I took each ram stick out and nothing changed. I have already checked my ping and it's pretty low. So I'm betting on that it might be my power supply. Can anyone give me any tips?

Here is a video to show a bit of an example of what the stutter looks like

to the poster this cpu is a 95 watts amd with the same power of the one i use and with stock cooler those temp are in range on load i would suggest you get a aftermarket cooler like the evo 212 and use the arctic cooling mx 2 or mx 4 as thermal paste they do not need cure time i also change my case fan with the cougar 120 mm turbine model http://www.cougar-world.com/products/fans.html and my present room temp is 27 c and the cpu run at 30 c now for a max of 40 c under load .

Well This is my second cpu and nothing has really changed so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the cpu. The stuttering is fairly high in planetside 2 and phantasy star online 2. When I am in combat for phantasy star online 2 I don't really stutter except the main lobby in that game. But with my current specs I feel like I should also be able to run planetside 2 fine.

That doesn't show all the sensors info. It shows your CPU at 63C though.

Blow out your case - especially fans, filters and cooler.
re-seat your cooler.

If that doesn't get idle below 35C and gaming below 50C, then get a better cpu cooler.

What do you mean it doesn't show all the sensor info?

1 screenshot for each of 3 parts of the Sensors report.

But at the moment, just stick with getting your cpu to run cooler.

Blow out your case - especially fans, filters and cooler.
re-seat your cooler.

Your temps are fine... I don't know what the other guy is on about. My max CPU Temp while gaming is 66c or so, On avarage it is about 56-59 temp using the Stock CPU Cooler. BTW I'm using the I7 4770.

I also stutter in games like Planetside 2 its completely normal and I even have better Specs then you. My GPU is the EVGA GTX 780 and I have 16GB Ram. Its completely normal if you stutter a bit, and if anything its the games itself problem that it isn't optimized very good.

I was worried when I got my PC at the beginning at first I didn't notice any stutter at all but then I had everything the same as you described... Everything is fine with your PC. Either that or I must be crazy. As other's helped me and said that Micro-Stutter is completely fine.

Some games stutter more others less. other games Don't stutter at all (But most games do stutter).

I don't know if you are talking to me now or not. But those temps are good. especially if you are using a stock intel cooler (which they suck)
And those temps are for games that are heavy on the CPU... On old or non graphical intensive games my CPU doesn't reach the high 50's. And if you think these are high temps, either you have been horribly miss informed or you are living in the north pole where you get 20c temps max. Also not to mention its a hot summer and 66c are very good temps in this case.
