I purchased a Crucial MX100 SSD and plan to install it on a a Biostar MCP6P M2+ Ver. 6.X motherboard. This motherboard has a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 / nForce 430 chipset and doesn't support AHCI. I can set the BIOS to IDE/ATA or RAID 0 or 1. Can anybody tell me which setting would be the best setting for this SSD? I will be installing Windows 8.1 after setting the best BIOS settings. Thanks in advance for the help.
