Solution
Statistically yes, it's a good PC, but there are a few minor problems.

The power supply is from one of the lower end lines that Corsair offers. Yes, it will work and is fairly reliable, but it's not build quality is not as good as their TX, HX, or AX series (ordered in good to best quality). Choose a model from one of those lines that is at least 600W or another brand's series that is reputable.

The video card is fast enough and will run WoW on high well, but it's an entry level card and will not perform as well as higher-end ones on new titles. It'll still play games at 1080p, but not always at high for every title.

The H75 liquid cooler is somewhat of a ripoff. It's not even needed if you're not overclocking and 120mm radiator...

Hey! Nice PC. I recommend using pcpartpicker.com instead if writing down everything, it is a great website. I recommend switching to an i5 (4670k if you plan to OC) from the 8320, but either are good enough for WoW. The graphics card will work. You should get a 1TB HDD and 120gb SSD, instead of 1 250gb SSD, because 250gb is not much storage, plus HDDs are cheap. The case is okay.

The H75 liquid cooler is somewhat of a ripoff. It's not even needed if you're not overclocking and 120mm radiator models like that perform no better than cheap 120mm air coolers. If you're serious about cooling and overclocking, get a custom loop or a pre-made one like the Corsair H100i ($100) with a 240mm radiator. If you want to spend less money, get an air cooler like the Hyper 212 EVO ($30).

I'd recommend switching out the 2 sticks of 4GB RAM to one 8GB stick. Makes for better upgrade options in the future.

Like Byte70 said, you'll need a hard drive of at least 1TB as your data storage drive. The SSD is has such a low capacity that you won't be able to store everything in it. They're developing larger and cheaper SSDs, but at the moment, rule of thumb goes that you only install the OS, programs you use often, and games you play often on the SSD. Store files, things of huge capacity (like iTunes library content), and infrequently played games on the hard drive.

The 2x4gb will actually run better and he shouldn't need to upgrade past 8gb.
