lower the price on pc

I'd definitely drop the H100i in favor of something cheaper, and would probably go with an AMD AM3+ motherboard/CPU as well... both of those will bring your price down by quite a bit, and you should definitely put some of that money into a more powerful video card. You don't need liquid cooling unless you either run a very high TDP processor at constantly high loads, or are really doing a lot of overclocking; the former doesn't apply, and the latter really isn't suited for a budget of $600 regardless.

Pick up a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 in place of the H100i; that will save you around $60. An AMD FX-6300 is $119 right now, which will save you another $100 over an i5, and a decent Asus motherboard on the 970-series chipset (like the...

The two big things that are keeping that price high are the cpu and mobo, try looking at amd cpu's and am3+ socket mobos. its hard to have a budget of about 600 but its possible

I'd definitely get at the very least a GTX 750 Ti - I don't think you'd be happy with a 740, and it would completely bottleneck an i5. A budget of $600 is entirely possible, but you have to be a bit careful about how much money is directed where, in order to avoid having one component neglected in favor of another.

That's just my opinion on what I'd do in your situation. Take it for what it's worth. :)
