Computer randomly restarts sometimes

Hey, for a while now my computer randomly restarts, it beeps 2 times, then it says "DQS training failed on previous boot, reverted to slower Dram speed". Then my computer becomes louder, but after about 10 seconds its all back to normal, what can be causing this? Any help would be appreciated, thank.

What are the complete system specs? Off the top of my head I would guess you have a faulty stick of RAM. You can perform multiple passes of Memtest86+ to test for RAM errors. The more information you can give us about your system the better.

Does that help? I'm looking into getting more RAM soon, is that MOST LIKLEY whats wrong with my PC?

It's possible, which is why I suggested testing the RAM with Memtest86+. Properly functioning RAM will have 0 errors, even during an extended test. What brand/model number is your power supply? It should have a sticker on it with that information.
