I'm actually (probably wrong) not sure if you can get a 600-700 dollar laptop that can max battlefield and whatnot. My 2,000 dollar Razer Blade can barely do it.

Any that can max minecraft? Or other games like it that don't require a very expensive computer

Most new(er) laptops can get fine FPS on minecraft. Especially with the new snapshot released that will make a higher FPS easier to achieve because of new performance.

Any in particular that can get around 120 FPS Stable with max settings?

I don't know much about laptops. especially gaming laptops. But I'm guessing most (or many) of them good get 120 stable at mid settings.

why the need for 120 fps? Your budget for a laptop is lower than a monitor with that refresh rate? Seems rather odd.

The HP Envy DV7 laptop seems great for you. it has 6GB of RAM, 2.8ghz of processing power on a quad core AMD (I prefer Intel, but it's a 700 dollar laptop, what can you do?) and an AMD Radeon HD 7640G GPU. It would definitely run minecraft on max, not at 120 FPS, but definitely at high FPS.
