Wanting to stay around this price range.
Mostly gonna be used for gaming and browsing.
Do I have all the needed parts?
Is the power supply going to be sufficient?
What OS should I use?
Going to search for best price when i comes time to buy around next week.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Solution
If you are going to use 16 gig of RAM use 2 x8 gig
But you only need 2x4 gig anyway , and if you fit that much you can spend the money you save on a better graphics card

Use Win 8.1 64 bit
Its faster , has a few improved features , and it has a much better license so hat you can re-use it in two more computers .
win 7 is locked to the first motherboard , and then you throw it away .
Add a start button to Win 8 using Classic shell . Its free
