I pretty much have all my parts to build my first pc (age14) except now I'm debating what cpu and motherboard to get. I'm gonna get win 8.1 so minus that from 400. 400 minus 95 305$ left. Ok so I have 305$ to spend on a cpu and motherboard. I wanna go with amd because it's cheaper. I plan on gaming and overclocking as well. I don't know a single thing about what type of motherboard to get. 2 more things I should mention my ram is 1866 and is the xfx r7 260x double dissipation a good graphics card? I just bought it thanks.
