Computer Suddenly Won't Boot

Hi guys, I've been building a computer for 4 months. Finally got it to work yesterday. Then I added a coolermaster hyper 212 evo cpu fan, replacing the old one and not changing anything else. Now it won't boot! The red DRAM light just goes on, then I press the MEMOK and then the red light blinks for a minute, then goes back to solid red. I have tried every memory configuration and swapped the different sticks of RAM to assure one stick isn't out imaginable. What should I do? The only thing I can think of is the CPU... with the new fan and stuff. I will remove the fan and go back to stock soon. However why wouldn't the CPU light be on? My guess is there is a temporary short? I am very frustrated with this build and am hoping to get it to work- I can't handle having it work then shut down after 4 months of trying to get it to work. I am fairly confident I didn't damage any of the parts in the process of installing the CM fan. There is no beep code nor visuals produced. If you can reassure me that the parts are most likely going to be fine or that it is the fan and I should go back to stock or any other ideas on what I should do I would really appreciate it.

Thank you so much!

It worked!!!! Thank you! However a splashscreen I have never seen before popped up, American Megatrends, stating I had installed a new CPU (I just took it out and reinstalled it) and it says press F1 to enter setup. I have and never have been able to connect a keyboard because the wireless ones I have don't work as I haven't configured wifi yet, and the wired ones I have don't connect to the keyboard/mouse port because it is split. I only have a USB mouse which I had been using with the onscreen keyboard to install windows. What should I do? Thanks again

Restarted it and it let me boot to Windows. I assume it changed the BIOS OC settings back to stock. I immediately set up the wifi keyboard and double-checked the BIOS to be sure there. It was all reset. I guess I was lucky on that one. Thanks for the help!
