Recently, I got a brand new r9 290x on ebay. came in the package sealed, all nice and tidy. So I install the r9 290x, turn its fans up to 100%, and decide to test it in Unigine Heaven 4.0 (Free version) on extreme preset. Little after, my score came up.

I bought a reference model so I could put a block on it, but this is outrageous. What happened?
Is something bottlenecked? Please help.
EDIT: The 75 Celsius is to blame on amd overdrive. The Temperature maxes just add heat to my card. It idles at 45 Celsius with 40% fan speed.
