gtx 780 problem, almost invisible lines in everygame

just built my pc with gtx 780 and i7, download LoL, far cry 3, etc, in everygame i have almost invisible lines running on my screen, its not that easy to see them but they exist..wtf..im depressed..all new with no defects or w/e..last drivers, win7 64bit.. horizontally running almost invisible lines when im playing games with gtx 780...what to do.. 1080p, 21.5 inch Acer monitor, 750w corsair psu, 8 gb ram.. vsync is off

It sounds like your Core or Memory clock is too high for your card to handle stability.

If you have the card overclocked, return it to stock and retest.
If it is currently at stock, underclock the Core, Memory or both to see if it fixes the issue.
If it does, immediately RMA it as a defective item.

Probably vertical tearing, turn vsync off and see if it goes away.

i havent overclocked my gpu, its asus dc2 oc and this card is running like her first hours, my monitor is 60hz refresh rate, i had vsync off already, could it be because of my monitor? its old acer with 60hz refresh rate and im using from my card dvi-i to vga port with an adapter..ill try now get vsync on back and see what happens..

what a joke, after 5mins playing metro last light i have 15-20 fps at the begin of the game....no matter is vsync on or off i have these lines running in my screen in everygame... please help...im depressed..this card cost me 450eur come on...

Have you tried underclocking the GPU Core and Memory to confirm that this is not the issue yet?
It is not unheard of for a defective chip to make it through QC....
