power supply recommendation

I have a system using an
amd A10 7700k
Corsair hydro h55 cooler(cpu).
Gigabyte r9 290 windforce.
Crucial ram 1600 1.5v
5 led fans 120mm.
Ssd crucial 250gb.
Toshiba hdd 500 gb.

What you recommend me for power supply?
And what if i had a second Corsair hydro h55 adapted on gpu using the NZXT kraken patent

650 will be ok you think with that system?
Also can you tell me a recommandation if i use 2 corsair hydro h55, one on the cpu and the other adapted on the gpu?

(on the same system talking always)

I wouldn't recommend Water Cooling if you don't know how to do it , its expensive too so you're better off a with a regular fan
