G'Day,

So, im looking to start a online custom pc building business at some point in my life, but i dont really know much about pc hardware at the moment, i know the basics and all and all the compatibility stuff but the hardest thing for me to get my head around is how to choose parts, like what specs to look at while choosing parts and why to choose something over something else if that makes sense :)

Thanks, Bailey

Solution
For example in AMD, among R7 series.. R7 250 < r7 250x < r7 260 < r7 260x
Sameways in R9 series, r9 240 < r9 250x < r9 260 < r9 260x < r9 270 < r9 270x < r9 280 and so on..

Instead refer this for AMD..

First of all know what you really need that PC for (gaming, minimal use, video/audio editing, business, etc).. Then search for the components within your budget (say a CPU) and ask a question here like "Can this CPU handle this game/program" or so and so.. Take your time in understanding everything one-by-one, step-by-step..

Yes, but how do i choose one GPU over another when they have pretty much the same specs? if that makes sense? there are thousands of different ones out there, how do i choose what one to pick...
