pci express video card that will run 3 screens at once?

I am looking for a pci express video card that will run 3 screens at once. 2 pc monitors and a 55inch inch lcd via hdmi. I don't what it for gaming. Just for watching videos and web browsing. Dont want to spend mega bucks as well.

I would prefer a fanless solution as well.

Almost anything except the lowest-end GPUs can do at least three displays these days, albeit with some restrictions on eligible port mixes.

For example, AMD's R7-250X can support up to four displays if two of them are daisy-chained over DisplayPort.

If you insist on passive cooling, your options will be severely limited.
