How much watt

Hey i want in a future upgrade Sapphire R9 290 CF with watercooling and a i5 unlocked with watercooling, Which PSU do i need for that?
And what is a good full tower for gpu and cpu watercooling?

EVGA Supernova G2 1000W. You could get by by using only 850W, but this would be pushing it with AMD cards (Nvidia 780s use less power, 50W per card). So, 1000W for 290s, especially for OC-ing.

As for the tower, that is a matter of personal preference. Most full towers from Corsair, Antec, Coolermaster, Fractal... have everything you need.

i have a xfx pro 850watt and i run a r9 290 and a fx8320 @ 4.1ghz and its absolutly fine, oh btw my card is oc too

For single card, even 650W would be fine. I was referring to Crossfire, sorry for being a little unclear.
