2x Corsair Dominator 1866 16gb(8x2) doesnt work

i having a problem with my memory . i bought 2 corsair dominator kit 16gb but when i installed all of them , my windows only detect 16gb of them . can i do anything about it ?

my spec :
Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit
i7 4820K
rampage iv black edition
2x gtx 770

  1. So.. you have 32gb in total? Maybe the board only supports up to 16gb?
  2. What happens if you try each pair independently, do they both work as 16gb when the other pair is not plugged in?

    Are you sure you don't have 2 8gb kits? (2x2x4)

    huh? the ASUS Rampage IV is one of the finest motherboards that ASUS made and it's max. supported memory is 128 GB..

    im 100000000% sure that these are 16gb kits . im lookin at it right now . and yes each pair works fine but when i combined it , doesnt work

    Are all the sticks belong to Non-ECC, un buffered memory.. or read this thread, you might find your solution..
