I am always afraid using any kind of anti-malware software as I have heard earlier that they themselves act as malware pop-ups and leads to system shutdown. Recently, my system was badly infected with virus and my antivirus software was not able to recover it. Then I take help of Click4Support and they along with other treatment install malwarebytes anti-malware tool in my computer. Then they ran a full-scan and since then my system is performing nicely. So, I want to ask should I remove that tool now as I afraid that they may affect the performance also or is it fine to have it on my computer.

It's good enough to use, but it must be used alongside a proactive antivirus software; Doesn't have quick scan or scan scheduler; Doesn't inspect emails or websites; Malware definition updates must be manually initiated..

You can see the test results and system impact in our own Guide website

It's totally safe. It doesn't have any impact on performance.( I use it myself )

A good setup if you get infected is to run malwarbytes, ADWcleaner, JRT, and your antivirus software.

I think Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro and ccleaner is enough.

while it is good yes, if there is any personal files or info on a pc that is infected would you not want to make sure that all possible traces are gone though.
