You need one 6-pin PCI-E power connector and 1 8-pin PCI-E power connector.
Your PSU is likely equipped with several of those:

Use one of them without the additional 2-pin cable, and the other in full 8-pin configuration.

Best solution
OK, so lets try by using steps:
STEP 1: Identify 2 cables on your power supply that have this connector at the end (click the link to see the picture)
http://www.pcper.com/images/reviews/474/14-PCI-E.jpg
STEP 2: Connect one of these 8-pin cables to 8 pins (one black block on the card). It can only fit one way. MAKE SURE YOU USE ALL 8 pins, even the 2 which are deliberately left "detached" from the cable: keep them together by using your fingers and push into the 8-pin power connector on your graphics card.
STEP 3: Connect the other 8-pin cable to 6 pins (second black block on the card), but leave 2 pins unconnected (they are already separated on the PSU cable, so it can be used either as 8-pin or 6-pin cable depending on your needs).

If the above doesn't help, just go here and look at the first picture, it clearly shows how this is done:

Im also stuck with these bunch of wires and cables coming from the Level 10 gt case
I don't know where to plug them
They come from the front panel. Some of them are wires for front USB ports, and the rest are power button, reset button, power led, HDD led, (eventually speaker, depending on the case), and front audio if it exists. They ALL need to be plugged into your motherboard's corresponding sets of pins (EDIT: well... technically they all don't NEED to be plugged... the only one that really must be plugged is power button, but you will lose the functions of front panel indicators and buttons if you only connect the power button and nothing else).
USB and audio are usually well marked on the motherboard. However, the "tricky" part (for new people) is connecting the power, reset, HDD led and power LED. You will have to consult your motherboard's manual, but usually this is a set of 2 rows of pins in the right-bottom corner of the mobo (opposite diagonally to the CPU). They are usually marked on the mobo itself. And you must pay attention to the polarity of the wires - colored wires are plus, black are minus.

Fans have several methods of connecting. Some cases use fans with big 4-pin molex connectors (directly to PSU) to spare the connectors on the motherboard which you can later use for even more fans you buy yourself.
Leave COMA unconnected, this is for an old COM port (serial port, used for modems, printers and stuff a decade ago), mostly not used today except for industrial purposes or electronic hobbysts. Just connect what the case offers, nothing else.

Found this somewhere:
"There is a molex lead (4 pin) for the fans; the rear fan uses its own 3-pin lead allowing it to be controlled by the motherboard."
So, apparently, you should connect the rear fan to the mobo, and use 1 molex connector from PSU to give power to your case's other fans (this connector is usually somewhere in upper part, back-panel section).
