HI, I received a free Thermalright True-Spirit 90m CPU cooler with my Z87-G45 motherboard and I was wondering would this be a sufficient cooler for an overclocked i5 4670k?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo/Plus/X should do for an average overclock, whereas something like the NH-D14/15 or an AIO 240/280mm water cooling kit would be suitable for extreme overclocking.
