Help choosing PSU upgrade

Hi all,

Went on the forums a while back and was assured that my 8350/R9 290 were fine on a 600w PSU but to upgrade when possible. This time has arrived.

If you could recommend a good PSU that would be compatible with my build below I would really appreciate it, I've also linked a few at the bottom that I thought looked good :)

Thanks for all your input :)

I'm tempted by the XFX as everyone has suggested, but I wouldn't mind a semi modular PSU...
(I also read about EVGA PSUs frying systems... Unlucky or common?)
