Hdd making noise

I was working on my pc when I put in another hdd which caused the sata cable on my main drive to fall out now it won't boot and or makes a reptitive noise sort of like beeping when I turn on my pc please help

Replace the SATA cable for the main drive. Beeping sounds can be fixed; not so with 'clicking' sounds which is not the case here.

Okay should I replace the sata power or the sata data

hey i replaced both sata cables booted the pc up but still got the noise its more of bzzt noise actually

Exactly what is going on with the sound, is the computer booting past the BIOS and trying to start Windows? Did you check to make sure no other wires got messed up?

Were you working on the drives when the computer was turned on? Go through the wiring and make sure the cables are all where they should be, also do a BIOS reset on the motherboard to defaults (jumper switch or unplug the system and take out the CMOS battery for about 15 seconds).

That is either a dead drive or it's not getting enough power. Try a different power plug, and it may have damaged the power leads on the hard drive when it got pulled out. Test the drive in another system if it does the same thing there, you need to try at least to change the system board with the power connections.
