...Buy that and put Linux on it. You won't be playing games on it short of browser-based Flash games, but it will work just fine for web surfing, office work, and the likes. I use one of those as a small file server from time to time. Short of that, Windows alone is $100, and what you're asking just isn't realistically possible while still using components of acceptable quality.
