Are the fans spinning correctly on the card?

If so, you might just need to replace the thermal paste on the heatsink

I would Make front and side fans blow towards motherboard. Make CPU and rear fan blow out of the case. Is that how you are set up?
Try to turn up the fans on the GPU higher manually.

Make sure no dust in GPU radiator.

Arctic MX-4 works well and is easy to apply (ive used it on GPUs), you can get it anywhere im sure.
