So I've put together a build on pcpartpicker: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LCTgFT

I was wondering if the Noctua cooler would fit into the case and which way I had to place it. If it doesn't fit, what's a good low profile closed-loop water cooling system? I'm also planning on adding some silent fans (120mm), so what are some good choices for those? My final question is if the power supply will fit into the case as well, because I've heard that some larger PSUs can't fit into the Bitfenix Prodigy.

Solution
The Noctua NH-D14 should fit. http://www.brianvoo.com/asus-z87i-pro-nh-d14-prodigy/
Watch vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txMj_WYLzPA. Also at ~17:50 of the video they talk about the PSU compatibility of the case.

From the Bitfenix site http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/prodigy#specs it states that the supported max PSU depth is 160 mm.
The depth of the Corsair RM 750 is 180 mm. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Corsair/RM750/2.html
7 in = 177.8 mm http://www.hardocp.com/image.html?image=MTM4MzE5MDg3MGkwdWRVY2t5cG5fM182X2wuanBn
You should choose a different PSU.
