asus z97 delux ploblem with boot

Asus Z97-DELUX with i7-4790K and memory G.Skill F3-12800CL9-8GBXL (2X 4GB).
The problem is that: no booting, after push power button it boots up less than 1 second and shut down.
i tried many things. Maybe Memory is not supported??

in user guide is list motherboard qualified vendors lists
there is ddr3 1600 mhz capability
g.skill f3-12800cl9d-8gbsr2(xmp)
g.skill f3-12800cl9q-16gbxl(xmp)
g.skill f3-12800cl9q-16gbzl(xmp)

but there is no my memory
g.skill f3-12800cl9d-8gbxl(xmp)

may or may not be the issue. I recommend clearing the bios to turn of XMP profile & other automatic over clocks. Your CPU wants to use 1333mhz

in other pc rm 1000 works fine only fan is not spinning, is that normal? btw i check it with tester power suply and voltages are ok.

disable EPU and TPU on your motherboard. Disable EZ XMP on motherboard. When off.

done, but not work, on rm1000 LCD error code is empty but other power supply for less than sec it blink with code 00, it means "not used" (from use guide). however on rm1000 or others its the same issue, start and shut down after less then 1 sec. just blink

try booting up with nothing but CPU and 1 stick of memory. otherwise, may just be memory is not compatible. Have you tied updating bios?

hmm that is rough... If PSU is good, may be a bad motherboard. Don't know what else to tell you... Return it or RMA possibly? Contact ASUS.

Same problem except I made it up to service pack 3 in win7 and then while installing noticed computer turning on and off every couple of seconds! (I was updating over night so didn't witness when in the process it started, but now I cant get anything to work!) Turns on and off with codes too fast to read in my opinion!
