Need help finding ram that will work with gigabyte z87 hd3 and allow enough clearence for a 212 evo cpu cooler (thinking I need low profile ram). Also need help deciding on a psu, looking at seasonic around 600 watt.

System components:

gigabyte z87 hd3
i5 4670k
7200rpm hdd
sapphire r9 270x toxic
maybe a ssd aswell if i feel rich
xigmatek midgard ii case with some extra cooler master fans
212 evo cpu cooler

I looked at the gigabyte website and it lists many rams including some corsair vengeance but none of them are low profile and looking at the board I think I need low profile ram. As far as I understand given my parts 1600mhz ram is the best for my configuration, I was going to get 2 x 4gb sticks with 9 CAS. This is my first build and I want it to be as stable as possible.

Also no idea on psu power I know I need over 500w for the toxic card, I dont want to spend a fortune on the psu but dont want crap. Been looking at lower end seasonics around 600w. Looked at seasonic SS-620GM2 620w, has 12v rail at 48amps. Would this be okay? Also looked at seasonic S12G-550 but this is only 550w a bit more money but gold standard.

Thanks in advance for any response or input.

Thanks for the reply. Looking at the ram i think max for intel i5 is 1600mhz, so that ram would be okay but just work at 1600mhz? Not really interested in over clocking at the moment. Should of also said im from the uk.

Thanks for the advice, have been using pc part picker for the build, noticed the price for ram was a lot less a few days ago so did a google search and newegg had it for £71 including taxes and shipping.
