I would definitely recommend a MSI board. I have been using their boards for awhile now for multiple builds and they have been great. Either of these boards would suit you well. It is the Z97 chipset which would allow you to overclock in the future should you wish to.

Both of these boards have enough features and expansion slots that it should fit your needs nicely. Do you have any extra expansion cards that you will be using such as a Firewire card or anything?
