When I paste folders from a backup into My Documents on Windows 7, it creates a folder as a Copy. There is of course a way around it, copy & paste the contents of the folder but it's a pain. How can I fix this issue? Thanks

Have you tried opening a window from your backup folder and a window for the my documents folder and just moving the whole folder over to my documents?

Yes I did, but all I could achieve was to create a folder with the same name as a Copy, so essentially I've ended up with having 2 folders which isn't what I wanted. For example, if I copy & paste a folder named Cat, it will get pasted as Cat - Copy.
