Now we have got the optic fiber and when I download games like World of Tanks or Hearthstone the Internet starts slowing down and finally it crashes, our Internet company says it's computer's fault.

Yes, I have a router, but the Internet company says that the issue is with the computer not the router.

Well I don't know how they could have any information about that.

You can test if the router is the problem like this:

1. Make sure you have Windows Firewall activated on your PC. (Control panel->Windows firewall)
2. Disconnect your router, and connect the PC directly to the incoming fiber outlet.
3. Verify that you have internet by browsing to any website. If not, try rebooting PC.
4. Now try one of the downloads you have problems with.
5. If it works with no problem then you know the router is the problem.

I can't do that, the incoming fiber outlet is on the street, away from my house.

But how do you connect your router to the fiber outlet?

It's connected by a cable installed by the company's workers.

Can't you connect that cable to your PC then, instead of the to the router? I'm sorry, but if you can't give any details without me having to ask then you will have to fix it on you own. I've got better things to do.
