Do you have a router between the incoming fiber and your PC?
I had an old router that would do this when putting too much traffic through it. Buyíng a new/better router fixed it.
Yes, I have a router, but the Internet company says that the issue is with the computer not the router.
Well I don't know how they could have any information about that.
You can test if the router is the problem like this:
1. Make sure you have Windows Firewall activated on your PC. (Control panel->Windows firewall)
2. Disconnect your router, and connect the PC directly to the incoming fiber outlet.
3. Verify that you have internet by browsing to any website. If not, try rebooting PC.
4. Now try one of the downloads you have problems with.
5. If it works with no problem then you know the router is the problem.
