Is this Computer build any good? Really need Help!

Hello everyone,

I have been asking many questions about builds on this forum but I really cant seem to decide what to buy.

Right now I have this in mind as a computer build for which I would later buy a gpu for:

-i5 4590
-Asrock H97 ITX motherboard
-2x4GB = 8GB Ram Corsair vengeance
-Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance H100i
-Corsair Obsidian 250d
-Corsair CS650 Gold rated modular PSU.

My budget is really tight (about 650 bucks), but I'm a big fan of low power consumption and quality parts.

I always take quality over quantity :)

  1. Looks pretty good, but that PSU is not great, get a PSU from XFX, Seasonic, Antec, EVGA (G2 and P2 units only), or Corsair (AX, TX, and HX unit only).
The wattage will depend on the GPU that you want to add: http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
  2. If your budget is tight, don't go water cooling CPU. Use air cooling like the cooler master 212 evo. Also the gpu I recommend is the r9 270x toxic by sapphire.
  3. save money by ditching your H100i water cooler. The CPU you chose is not unlocked. use extra money towards something else. Better CPU? low end GPU?

Buy RAM used or on ebay (open package) for some more savings
  4. Does the hyper 212 EVO fit nicely on the obsidian 250d?

Any unit you would recommend for about the same price?
  6. No.

There is absolutely no reason to spend $100 on a liquid cooler for a cpu that you can't overclock.
At most $30 for a tower type air cooler and a quieter 120mm fan.
No particular need for vengeance brand if it has the fancy heat spreaders. They get in the way of coolers and are not needed.
I do really like the case.

    A 650w psu can handle a graphics card up to a GTX780ti.
Gold rating does not save much, and modular is not necessary.
I suggest Seasonic or XFX as a better quality psu instead.

Nope, the case can only take coolers up to 95mm tall and the Evo is almost 160mm tall: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/obsidian-series-250d-mini-itx-pc-case

Try again in a few minutes, the site tends to be buggy every once in a while.
