http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Channel-Well-Technology-CWT-G...

could you tell me if it will be able to run a 650ti??

I know a 750ti is easier to run but i wanted a 650 as i could get it cheaper

650ti needs a 20amps@ 12+ volt and a minimum of 400 watt psu so you will be fine the wattage....

The PSU listed only has 21A on the 12v rail. If you are saying the 650 ti needs 20A on its own (which doesn't sound too far from what I'd expect, but I don't know for certain) then I would not suggest using that PSU with that GPU as you won't have enough power left over for the rest of the system.

If you are saying that nvidia recommends at least 20A for the whole system, I'd say you are cutting it close but should be OK.

well i have not looked at the made and model of the psu what i have said that the wattage is enough but if the psu is more than 20 @ then he should not have any problem though i will recommend a good branded psu like seasonic, xfx, evga hich has a 80+ efficiency ... its better to be safe....

Maybe i should just go with a 750ti then,i assume that will work ok because of the low power comsumption

You'll be fine, if its a good PSU it will have at least 28amps on the 12v rail and thats more than enough for what you need. Also, consider upping your budget and getting the 750ti to avoid buyers remorse.

Edit: Hmm just had a look at the link in your first post, at that price why not just get a xfx pro series 450w or a corsair cx430/500?

I've used dabs all my life and the delivery times and rates are pretty much perfect

CX430: http://www.dabs.com/products/corsair-430w-builder-serie...

EVGA: http://www.dabs.com/products/evga-430w-white-80plus-cer...

would still recommend the CX430 though.

750ti and 650ti both requires 20a @12+ volt ....but 750ti is a lot better card than the 650ti so go for it and if posible buy a trust able brand psu its not about the power or wattage its about how stable your psu be when you are gaming and your cpu and gpu are at their full power.....

Just did a bit of research on the PSU and it has 2 12v rails with a combined voltage of 30amps with 21 of those amps being on the first rail which proved power for your GPU... you'll be fine

it may work but when u run games and the psu is under load it may cause problem i know the 750 and the 650 doesn't require much power but why take the risk ....as i have mentioned earlier i am not concerned about the wattage of the psu but the quality of it...so its better to buy a new 450 watt psu along with the card .....http://www.amazon.com/Antec-VP-450-Energy-Certified-Sup...
