Hey guys! I'm building my new gaming PC and I would like to get a few recommendations concerning my setup. Here is what I am planning to get for now:

CPU: Intel i7-4770K 3.5 GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero ATX LGA1150
Memory RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (2x8) DDR3-1600
SSD: Crucial MX100 256 GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3 GB ACX Superclocked
Case: CM HAF 922 ATX Mid Tower
PSU: Corsair HX750 (750 Watt) 80+ Gold Semi-Modular
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

So I ended up with around 1950$ (I’m from Canada which makes everything more expensive). I’m looking to build a reliable and powerful gaming PC that would last long at least 5 years. I need some advices on my system and how to improve airflow in my case. I'm trying to pick good quality but not too expensive parts. Thanks :)

Btw my budget is between 1000-2000$ and I’m using pcpartpicker. Here is the link: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/NzrBGX

Everything you have picked out is very high quality and looks really good to me, although you may want to go with an i5 4690K and an EVGA 780 TI. The 4690K will perform nearly exactly the same in games especially as the 4770K and has a better thermal interface, but the 780TI would give you a noticeable FPS boost and last you longer than the 780. :) Also, that case is super ugly imo if you are sure that's the one you want that's cool, but I personally would go with an NZXT H440 or a Phanteks Enthoo Pro or Luxe. And I agree with the post above, the EVGA G2 Power supplies are of very high quality. You would only need a Supernova G2 750watt. I just ordered one myself ;) If you think you may want to SLI in the future the 850 watt variant...

A 750 Watts power supply cuts it kind of close if you ever decide to add on another video card for SLI but the EVGA 750 G2 is the same quality with a longer warranty and is way cheaper.

EVGA 750 G2 $120 but there is a $20 rebate

EVGA 850 G2 $143 but there is a $20 rebate

EVGA 1000 G2 $180 but there is a $20 rebate

and in term of air flow it is all about getting more air to the video card so take a look at the Phanteks Enthoo Pro.

I would love to get the EVGA 780 TI but it costs 300$ more than the regular 780 in Canada. :(

I think It's a great idea to upgrade to 850W with the EVGA 850 G2 but should I get a semi-modular or full-modular psu?
Which one is best for the future?

I have to admit the Phanteks Enthoo Pro looks great! Plus the airflow in this case seems pretty good, the dust filters are a nice addition and plenty of space.
I think I might get this case over the haf 922. Thanks :p

And don't worry about using the power supply cover on the enthoo pro. The power supply cover is more for taking pictures and what not since most people end up not using it especially if they are running a water cooled rig.

Hahaha Thanks everyone for your advices. :) Here are my changes:

CPU: i7-4790K instead of i7-4770K
PSU: EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR(850W) instead of Corsair HX750 (750W)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro instead of CM HAF 922

I'm really pleased of my build and I'm sure it's going to be perfect.

Congrats :) 850W is overkill if you are sure you won't SLI in the future, but if you aren't sure it's a good idea to keep your options open. A 4690k would be the smarter choice but it's your money, I suppose if you are sure you want an i7 even though you won't really see any benefit from it then that's okay. I just think it would be better to spend that extra money on something like an ASUS ROG Swift monitor ;)
