upgrade for my current pc

Solution
If you buy a GTX750 that does not need a aux 6 pin psu power lead, then you may well be able to run with your current psu. Such a card is very power efficient and takes power from the pcie slot, a max of 75w. It is unlikely that your other parts exceed the remaining 125w.
It is worth a try first.
Get the dimensions of your current psu to determine the format/class of your current psu.
If you can read the label, tell us what it says.
The FSP unit you linked is probably not correct. And... it may not have enough amps for a desktop on the +12v rails.
