Keep this GPU or Sell?

Solution
well if you wanna go 8xx - which is dubious , than be sure to buy the 880 , cause from 770 to 870 you won't see much improvement , maybe 15% - tough this is speculation , and don't sell it if you don't have to . a backup component is always good to have .

It has been said even by the TWICH guys themselves that you should always at LEAST skip a generation of cards aka wait for the 9XX.

If you do not want to follow this golden rule then I would simply say no it isnt worth it. It wont be as much of a performance difference than waiting for the 9XX cards. But we cant tell you what to do. You do what you want with your money :) But you will see a the difference a lot more if you wait for the 9XX cards.

I would keep the 770 for now until newer games come out... I presume you can run pretty much any game on ultra?

No point as of yet, keep the money in case of a broken PC rather than buy a brand new card?

What exactly is your question? If the component is in good working order I don't see any reason you couldn't sell it, just be as forthcoming and honest as possible. There isn't much of a reason to hold onto older cards (you could use it as a dedicated physx card). Personally, I give my old cards to friends/family members. But there is no harm in making a few bucks off of it, again as long as it is in good working order (selling broken/damaged/dying parts isn't cool).
